We employ the services of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon logistics carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. All you need is to provide us with the correct street address and contact details when checkout. (We do not accept a PO Box address)

  • If you want to modify the shipping address or products, please contact our customer service within 12 hours after placing the order.
  • Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Order processing time can take between 1-2 business days.

Package shipping time can take between 3-5 business days.

*All delivery times are quoted in business days, weekends and holidays excluded. Order will be processed the following working day if all orders placed after Friday.

*We are not responsible for the deviation of estimated transportation time caused by logistics carriers and natural disasters.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders over $50

Orders less than $50 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.

1.Shipping address with PO, P.O. Boxes,APO, FPO or DPO included is NOT acceptable.

2.Delivery time=Shipping time+Processing time. Our warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3.In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. There may some delay due to COVID-19, Thanks for understanding!

5.Shipping charges do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duty, customs and any other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer . We have little knowledge about the tax laws of a large number of countries and regions.
